Project story / Downtown Elora
Downtown Elora, lit for Christmas.
White lights. Historic buildings. A shared holiday atmosphere. Public reporting documents the Gladiator team’s work illuminating downtown Elora.

The documented project
A little light goes a long way.
In July 2024, EloraFergusToday reported that Gladiator Pro Wash had installed white LED Christmas lights on downtown Elora buildings during the previous holiday season. The article includes comments from owner Nick Preisenhammer and describes a community effort to bring more buildings into the holiday display.
Gladiator Lights is the sister company of Gladiator Pro Wash. The historical coverage identifies the installer under the Pro Wash name; it provides a public record of the Gladiator team’s downtown lighting work.

Ideas to take into your own project
Keep the character. Add the atmosphere.
Every building needs its own lighting plan. These are planning considerations for a new downtown display, rather than claims about undocumented details of the historical installation.
01 / Architecture
Follow the building.
Begin with the roofline, windows or entrance. A clear outline can bring the building’s existing character into the holiday scene.
02 / Coordination
Think beyond one facade.
Where neighbouring businesses want a shared look, agree on colours and priorities while keeping property approvals clear.
03 / Practical details
Plan before installation.
Discuss suitable attachment points, power, access and any heritage or landlord requirements before the scope is finalized.

Your lighting questions, answered.
Who completed the downtown Elora work described here?
The July 2024 EloraFergusToday article identifies Gladiator Pro Wash as the installer for the prior holiday season. Gladiator Lights is its sister company.
Does this story describe this year’s availability?
Historical project coverage does not establish current availability or pricing. Contact the team to discuss your property and a current proposal.
Can you plan lighting for a heritage or older building?
Share building photos and any restrictions. The design, access and attachment approach must be reviewed for the individual property and its approval requirements.
Can several storefronts discuss one coordinated display?
Yes. Provide the addresses, preferred look and the person approving each property. Scope and availability are confirmed during quoting.
